Inputs from the Source System

The Rates Calculator is designed to sit over any source system.

The source data can either be generated via a Connector or input via Excel.

The fields utilised are as follows:

Field	Detail
POSTINGSTRING	Record unique identifier.
BUDGETNAME	Set to 'Actual'.
YEAR_ID	Filtered to only include the calculation year.
JOURNAL_ID	Optional.
ASSESSMENT_ID	Assessment / property ID.
LAND_VALUE	Current land value.
NEW_LAND_VALUE	New land value.
CAPITAL_VALUE	Current capital value.
NEW_CAPITAL_VALUE	New capital value.
CALCULATION_VALUE	Based on the Rate Basis, either the Capital or Land Value.
NEW_CALCULATION_VALUE	Based on the Rate Basis, either the new Capital or Land Value.
RATE_BASIS	Filtered to only include Land or Capital Value.
RATE_TYPE_ID	The rate type id code.
RATE_TYPE	The rate type description.
MINIMUM_CHARGE	The current minimum charge set for the property.
BASE_CHARGE	The current base charge set for the property.
RATES_FACTOR	The current rates factor set for the property.
