Enhancements

• Worksheets - group worksheet rows
• Run 'Update System Data' from MagiqInstallation.
• Reports - dynamic reporting tab includes active reports (reports are created in the report editor).

Fixes

• Publisher - Unable to save reports. Error of "Save Failed: The transaction has aborted." (Zendesk #63033, 63691)
• Dashboard screen height resizes when a budget tab is open
• Budget Export:
  • Field has 'Exclude From Budget Export' ticked. That field is used in a formula for another field, returns an error as the field can't be found.
  • Import of reduced template - Error: Not enough columns provided.
• Comments - Unable to create a comment on multi-layer and outer layer budget headings using a modal window. (Zendesk #64774,64847)
