Enhancements

  • New Modules:

    • Tasks - Basic task management functions such as creating, completing, reminders, sorting and filtering of tasks, create comments (notes) on task.

    • Notifications - Notifications will work either in conjunction with tasks or independently. Send a notification to users to notify them of any system outages. With a budget being completed, a notification is sent to the approving officer. The user will receive the notification by way of a popup (toast) message, or they will see via a notifications icon.

  • New Widgets:

  • Home Screen - Tab displays for all users who do not have any favourites.

  • Debug Logs - Identify any debug issues from the user interface.

  • Dashboards - Dashboards are now accessed from a single tab, similiar to reports.

  • User Management - Profile Picture. An administrator can add profile picture to a user. Alternatively, as a user they can add a profile picture themselves.

  • System Logs is replaced with Notifications on the functions/modules menu. System logs are viewed under administration - system.

  • System Permissions - new permissions for tasks and notificaitons.

  • Clone/Copy Budget Information:

  • Generator - warning prompt asking to override data. (Zendesk #39258)

  • Config Tool - Update to include new widgets, home screen, menu items and system permissions.
  • Trees - Segments are loaded asynchronously so they don't timeout. (Zendesk #43495)
  • Budget Modelling - 'AfterModellerSave' SQL runs after processing a budget model.

Fixes

  • When adding new user from User Management the 2FA Method, mobile number and SSO disappears.(Cloud Version 2.2.49.0) (Zendesk #45666,45736,45651)
  • Control Centre - Variables - new variables not saving in correct group.
  • Long Term Financial Planning - publishing over 4000 accounts takes hours. (Zendesk #43502)

Data and Reporting Platform

Enhancements

  • Invoicing - Use 'Debtor Name' not 'Name Key' (zendesk #19776) - debtor name not coming through.
  • Payroll NZ: New Field
    • 8.10 Per Annum. (zendesk #28072)
    • Sick Group.
  • Debt Management - Replace name_key with names from each individual module. Name displays in proper case.

  • General Ledger, from Civica Authority - two new std reports:

    • Profit & Loss and Trial Balance. (Zendesk #33235)

  • Assets - Provision of Depreciations GL ID. (zendesk #44721)

  • Buiding Consents - New field - Current Status Date. (zendesk #33351)
  • Documents:
    • Updates to the following reports:
      • Task User Totals,
      • Tasks Overdue,
      • Document Type Stats by Library,
      • Retention - Folders with No Schedules,
    • Field update - Workflow Name is right aligned.

Fixes

  • Rates - usage_code_description is missing from the Reporting Platform. (zendesk #44712)
