Enhancements

  • Modeller - Budget Recalculation - Filters.
  • Change verbiage of Colour to Color for US clients. (Zendesk #62244)
  • Worksheets - Docking - Worksheets display below the budget entry screen. Refer to budget configure.
  • Reports - Apply filters to reports that are viewed from the reports tab. (Zendesk #62755)
  • Trees API - enable all data to be exported in a json format.

  • Budgets - new function called SUBTOTAL. The SUBTOTAL function has a Key column and a Value column. When calculated for a row, it will get all rows with the same key in the Key column and get the total of all values in the Value column, for example

    ( [STAT] / FUNCTION(SUBTOTAL, [YEARID], [STAT])) * 100

Fixes

  • Attachments - Incorrect use of multi checkbox.
  • Worksheet modelling not updating parent budget totals. (Zendesk #51582)
  • Budget Import - Error: "WHERE table column not found when recalculating LABOUR BUDGET OnClickDropDown" (Zendesk #50930)
  • Worksheet budget param BUDGETWORKSHEETPARENTBUDGETS can be missing or empty to allow the worksheet to be opened/viewed from any budget. (Zendesk #63214, 63496)
  • Budget Lookups - window not displaying correctly.
  • Budget Entry - column headers not honouring their headerAlignment.

Data and Reporting

  • Animal Infringements - New Fields - Location and Date of Birth of Owner. (Zendesk #49643)

  • US customers only - updated the following Reporting connectors to change the date format from dd/MM/yyyy to MM/dd/yyyy (Zendesk #63349)
