Enhancements

  • Control Centre:
    • 'System Logs' and 'SQL Logs' - screen format the same as Audit Logs.
    • Budget Information - Budget Names - {budget name} - Multi-Layer - 'Dataset Multi Layer Budgeting' parameter defaults to 'No', parameters are disabled.
  • Budget Approvals - Added YearID so users can apply different approval status across different budget years. (Zendesk #60862)
  • Scheduler - Schedule reports can be sent to a group of users. (Zendesk #21229)

Fixes

  • Reports - multi-layer - header does not update with lowest level.
  • Modeller - copy from one year to another returning error of 'Expression type int in invalid for COLLATE clause'.
  • Generator - overnight processes not appearing in log, for mgfs without a hub location. (Zendesk #45757)
  • Scheduler - Ability to schedule reports that are under 'Not Shared'.
  • Word Publisher - Second excel report does not publish. (Zendesk #54267)
  • Data Browser - Unable To Select Multiple Fields. (Zendesk #61046, 61044, 60778)
  • Budget Entry:
    • Multi layer totals not updating.
    • Attachments showing for all years regardless of where it was linked. (Zendesk #59282)
  • Control Centre - Export to Excel - unsaved text not in export.
  • Budget Approval Status being ignored and any changes not being retained. (Zendesk #56497, 59261)
