Enhancements

  • Data browser:
    • Fields - Format - column format - "blank" row removed.
    • Ability to display negative percentages with brackets eg (20%) as oppose to -20%. (Zendesk #52103)
    • Cross tab reporting includes a total column.
  • Budgeting:
    • Budget Entry - Configure - Show hidden columns.
    • Budget Modelling - Saving a Model. (Zendesk #50824)
    • Budget Restore:
      • Toast message has been removed.
      • Creation of restore point can be done if one does not exist.
  • Audit Logs - Dates display in American, Australian/New Zealand Format.
  • Administration - Permissions - System - Add new System Permission to control who can delete Shared with Everyone Reports.
  • Transactions - Hover over to see full text. (Zendesk #53590)
  • Scheduler - Dates display in US format. Date format is specified in global settings. (Zendesk #49715)
  • Widget - Gauges - set colour ranges.
  • Reports tab - Open an excel report - Export to excel.

Fixes

  • Data browser:
    • Report Editor - Unable to add heading variables by double clicking.
    • Problems opening transaction grid from reports. (Zendesk #51231)
    • Comments - Delete - Refresh data browser and comment re-appears (Zendesk #36381, 48906)
    • A multi-layer report - that has fields before the description column. Expand and collapse displays on the first field rather than the description column. (Zendesk #47684)
    • Unable to double click on 'Grand Total' to return (Zendesk #34148)
    • Unable to create or rename folders. (Zendesk #41943)
    • Movement of reports not working correctly. (Zendesk #41882)
  • Dashboards:
    • Hovering over the bar chart displays dollar values cut off. (Zendesk #45829)
    • Unable to delete a widget when merged with others. (Zendesk #37591)
    • Widget - Gauges - Filter Icon not working.
  • Budgeting:
    • Budget Entry:
      • Error: "Load Budget Data Failed". Where a user chooses a filter before a cost centre. (Zendesk #40061, 42810)
      • Variance explanation comment not displaying on budget screen after saving. (#52381)
      • Adding account to Budget screen no longer works for users. (Zendesk #52750)
    • Budget Modelling - Cell Editor - Needs a scroll bar to get to ok/cancel button. (Zendesk #54256)
    • Budget Fields - Square brackets missing from field name in budget formula cell editor.
    • Budget - Position Based Budgeting: (Zendesk #55102)
      • Importing fields no longer working as before.
      • Export no longer includes the ID column and Level column at the beginning.
  • Administration:
    • Permissions - Menu Items - permission assigned on the lowest node of a path, permission to be granted to the higher levels of the path. (Zendesk #55118)
    • System - Links - Link tabs expanding on save.
  • Reports - Resetting columns unexpectedly. (Zendesk #46802)
  • Reports Tab:
    • Active Reports print button does not work. (Zendesk #50826)
    • Ability to export to excel when report is opened.
  • Financial Planning - Unable to calculate Business Rules (Zendesk #53277)
  • Scheduler - Repeat/occurrence should say 'never' on reopening of task.
