Enhancements

• Budget Fields - cell editor (in ‘formula’ column) includes list of budget fields to assist with writing/building the formula. Refer to budget fields cell editor for more information.

• Trees – import large trees without timing out. (Zendesk #30348)

• Generator – A user interface has been created to view Generator logs. Refer to Administration - System - Generator Logs for more information.

• Data Browser – Outer Layer – Alternate Row colours.

  Enhanced in conjunction with the alternate row colours for multi-layer report bug fix. Refer to data browser - configure, a new section called ‘Outer Layer’ has been added.

Fixes

• Menu Manager – Error "An Error occurred: 403 /MenuManager/SaveMenuItems" on save. (Zendesk #27223)
• Budget Entry – Export to Excel – different information is being displayed. (Zendesk #25200)

• Data browser:

  • 'Send to excel > with sub layer' did not display the correct information. (Zendesk #29417)
  • Multi-Layer reports with alternate row colours will only show the colour on the lowest layer. (Zendesk #30377)

• Data indented on an Outer Layer report does not display correctly. (Zendesk #30377)

• Dashboard – data indented on a multi-layer report does not display correctly. (Zendesk #20457)

Enhancements

• Update of schema for cloud 2.3:

  • Bank Transactions

    • If Enterprise is on 2.3, the generator will show it running as 'BK_S_TRANS'. If Enterprise is on an older version, the generator will show it running as 'BK_S_TRANS (old)'.
    • Sites upgrading to Enterprise 2.3 will notice that the 'Receipt Time' and 'Sequence Number' fields are still available, but empty. That's because this field has been removed in 2.3. The field will be completely removed from Performance at a later stage.

  • Receipts:

    • If Enterprise is on 2.3, the generator will show it running as 'bk_super_cash'. If Enterprise is on an older version, the generator will show it running as 'bk_super_cash (old)'.

    • Sites upgrading to Enterprise 2.3 will notice that the following fields are still available, but empty. That's because this field has been removed in 2.3. The field will be completely removed from Performance at a later stage:

      • Transaction Time
      • Sequence Number
      • Run Unit
      • TP Reference
      • Transaction Type
      • Sub Ledger
      • Carbon YN
      • End Sequence
      • Bank Line ID

  • Checks are made for which environment is being used:

    • If on-premise, the schema will select from ‘bk_sys’.
    • If Cloud, the schema will select from ‘bk_options’.

Fixes

• Assets – Multilayer Reports using Depreciation Rate cause an error. (Zendesk #30806)
  • NOTE: The Depreciate Rate used to display as a percentage, now it displays as a decimal (e.g. 25.00)
