• Comments Summary - list comments that have been created.

Fixes

• Reports - Unable to delete reports that are linked to a favourite. (Zendesk #78140)
• Control Centre - Condition Code duplicate - Multiple users not able to create conditions at the same time in general ledger. (Zendesk #78646)
• Data Access Permissions - Full Access is lost if user has permissions from a role. (Zendesk #79275)
