Enhancements

  • Administration:
    • Permissions - Data Access - new grouping of permissions summary.
    • Control Centre - Budgets - Multi Layer Budgets - Automatically update budget layer parameters (Zendesk #74525)
  • Budgeting - Budget Import - tick 'Remove existing budget records before importing' - a second confirmation box displays to prevent accidental deletions

Fixes

  • General Ledger - Comment should only display for the outer layer the row is in. (Zendesk #48969)
  • Administration - Control Centre - Budget fields - Setting group names on fields that are set as fixed columns the group names get shifted to other columns. (Zendesk #73067)
  • Tasks - No Data Available due to the user having permission to create the tasks but not view them specifically. (Zendesk #68637)
  • Budgeting:
    • Budget Recalculation - Filters selected within the recalculation need to be honoured for the recalculation process. (Zendesk #76038)
    • Budget Entry - Modified Date & Modified User fields updated in Budget without changes made. (Zendesk #72026)
    • Budget Restore:
      • Shows Year field as Optional but errors if the year is not included. (Zendesk #68012)
      • Unable to create a Budget Restore Point for LABOUR ALLOCATIONS. (Zendesk #74378)
