Reports (Dynamic Reporting) Tab

The dynamic reporting tab provides users in the organisation who are not familiar with the Reporting functions to run reports outside of the dataset. Reports cannot be modified from the reports tab, however, they can be modified via (Analytics).

Reports may be standard reports or those that you have created yourself via Excel or saved screens.

The headings under Reports are the same headings that are under your Analytics option. These headings are created through implementation. There will generally be a Finance heading that will hold most of the data connectors related to actual financial information. There will also be other headings e.g. payroll that holds connectors to do with timesheets, leave etc that aren't necessarily numerical data.

Note

Reports are not segregated into the folders within the shared options like in the navigation window. The reports you can see may be in either a saved report or excel report.

refresh Refresh screen.

expand Expand all areas.

collapse Collapse all areas.

To delete a report

Refer to report deletion.

To send a report via email

  • Next to the report name, tick Email.
  • Click report to run and send to your email.

To download a report

  • Next to the report name, click Download.
