How do I view my saved Report?¶

To open a saved report:

Choose the 'Document' tab.
Select 'Shared with Everyone' if you want anyone to view your report. Or, 'Not Shared' which means only you can see the report.
Double click the report name to open.

I want to change the look of the excel report¶

Any changes to the excel report must be done in Excel Publisher/Excel Designer as this is where the data is originating from.

Once the change is made:

Select which bookmark you want to execute.
Click

Does my excel report get updated once a roll over is done?¶

Yes. Rollovers in performance will also rollover in the report for the following years by getting the data that is in performance that you have already built. So, it is very live and dynamic.

Can I add reports from different datasets into the same report?¶

Yes. Click dataset to choose the relevant dataset, this will display the relevant excel reports for you to drag n drop and apply the relevant filters and time series.
