To Publish

• Right mouse click in the calculate tree.
• Select Toggle > Checkbox.
• Choose the whole modal or parts of the modal.

• Click .

  

• Click Play.

  Codes are calculated based on selections made and writes them into general ledger.

  

• Review the full trial balance within general ledger.

You can do any of your reporting that normally you would do against your actuals vs budget, whether it be publisher reporting, normal data browser reporting can all be done with the same fields.

The good thing about doing the modal right across the balance sheet is the Profit and loss statements, produce a balance sheet or a cashflow report.
