Widget Buttons

Buttons common across all widgets:

Collapse - Collapases the widget.

Configure - The options provided here will be different depending on which widget is being used. Refer to the individual widget.

Zoom To - Although the 'zoom to' menu looks a little different to the right click function the functionality is still the same.

Time Series - Is the same functionality that is in edit mode and navigation tree.

Refresh - Refreshes the widget.

Remove Widget - Hides the widget from the data browser.

The following options display depending on which widget you are viewing:

Find - Search or find Alpha and/or numeric descriptions such as cost centres/accounts, and filters within the navigation tree.
Click Find again will close the search bar.

Chart - Select which type of chart to display.

Measures - Select which type of gauge to display.

Send to Dashboard - Send the widget to a dashboard.

Create a new notification. This depends on permissions.

Go to - Opens the tasks tab or notifications tab.

Create Folder. Relates to the favourites widget.

Filter - Available on dashboard widgets and reports opened from reports tab. Filter data presented, allowing you to shape and focus your data to determine specific performance across the organisation (or parts of the organisation).

Apply to all general ledger widgets - Apply the selected filter(s) to all related widgets for example, all widgets relating to general ledger.

Data access. Displays the user and role permissions applied.

Minimise - Available on dashboard widgets. Minimises the widget.
