Data Browser / Quick Conditions

Use simple formulas to create a condition to be applied to a single column/field.

A cog will appear in the column title when a quick condition is applied.

Quick conditions are not perisited. Meaning, when saving a report ensure that 'condition' is chosen. Otherwise, you will need to redo the quick condition.

To apply a quick condition:

  • Select the column
  • Right mouse click, select quick condition
  • Choose either:

    • Equals\Does Not Equal\Greater Than\Less Than - enter a value. If the column has been formatted as a date then it you will be presented with a calendar.

    • Between\Not Between - enter a value range.

      • Is Null or Is Not Null - display values that are null or not null.
    • Like or Not Like - used for text fields.

    • Condition Builder - create your own customised conditions.

  • A cog will display next to the title of the column.

To remove a quick condition:

  • Right mouse click on the relevant column
  • Select quick condition
  • Choose Remove or Remove All
