Sorting Columns

You can sort any column within the Data Browser window simply by double clicking in the column heading. This will initially sort the column in an ascending order.

You will notice a column filtered icon asc next to the column heading.

Another double click in the same column will sort the column in a descending order denoted by column filtered icon desc

Move/Reposition columns

The position that you drop a column onto the Data Browser window indicates the placement of the column on the grid. However, you can rearrange them in the order you prefer. This makes it easier when adding multiple fields as you do not need to be accurate with your field selections.

To move the position of any column

  • Click the column heading and drag to the left or right.
    You will notice the column will move with your mouse, as well as an indicating where it will be moved to.

Resizing columns

With columns included in your data browser, they can be resized to make them wider than the default.

To resize a column

  • In the column header, position your mouse between your columns (on the grey line), your cursor will change to a twin arrow to indicate that you can change the column width to the desired size.
