Budget / Secure Data Entry

Protect data in the Budget Entry window.

Note

Your System Administrator must have "switched on" Secure Data Entry Mode.

When a user loads the Budget Entry window, it will lock the entry area to prevent other users from opening and overwriting data already within the window.

When a user attempts to open a Budget Entry window that has been locked, they will receive a message at the bottom of the Budget Entry window and User Access will be set to 'Read Only'.
